< Refund Policy >
All of our pieces at n7.lab are exclusively handcrafted to order. Please read the description of each piece. If you have any questions regarding size, color, measurements, or weight, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will gladly provide any additional information you may need.

Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind after 24 hours of placing your order.

So make sure you select the correct size, review all available product details, checked all the information about the product, and ensure that it suits you. Also, please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Shipping policy on this page.

If a product you have ordered is faulty or in any way does not match your order specifications (size, color, defects), please contact us to arrange the return within 5 days after receiving the order. To complete your return, we require a receipt and your shipping data as a proof of a purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If the mistake was on our part, n7.lab will cover the cost of the initial shipping of your item.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, custom items, gold or platinum items, products with stone, cannot be refunded.

Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. For your protection, please return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Since each of our items is handmade, at n7lab we have a limited stock of available products. However, if the item you ordered is not in stock ( rings especially ) (due to size, finish, etc.), please expect a delay of 7-10 days for the production of your item.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped to you within 48 hours after payment is received.
If receiving your order by a specific date is important to you (for example, for a special occasion), please contact us before making payment to confirm availability.

< FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY >

"Free worldwide delivery" refers to standard (2-4 open days, depend on destination country),assured delivery by Chronopost the member of DPD group.

For custom-made items, products with stones, gold/platinum goods, we ship with Chronopost Express (with insurance included).

If you would like to place an order with Chronopost Express (1-2 open days, depend on destination country) , please contact us or fill in the "Additional delivery information" field : Express . The delivery price will be manually calculated and added to your order, or a separate "delivery" invoice will be sent to you.

< DELIVERY METHOD >

Please note that when filling out the order form on our website, you can choose the delivery method for your order:

  • Address delivery
  • Delivery to the nearest pickup point based on the address provided
If you choose "Delivery to the nearest pickup point" and want to specify a particular pickup point, please fill in the "Additional delivery information" field and provide the name and address of the desired pickup point.
If a specific pickup point is not provided, we will select the nearest location based on your address.
Unfortunately, in some countries, courier companies may not offer "Address Delivery" or "Delivery to the nearest pickup point". In such cases, we will contact you BEFORE shipping to clarify the delivery method.
We are committed to shipping your order to the address you provided when filling out the form on our website. However, we are not responsible for any changes to the delivery method, address, or recipient details made by you through the courier company.


WE DO NOT SHIP TO COUNTRIES TERRORISTS

All delivery options are uninsured. n7.lab is not responsible for parcels that go missing in transit and cannot replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the delivery service.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, n7.lab is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at placing an order.

< Import Duties & Taxes >
If you are outside the EU: Further information on additional customs duties and costs for deliveries to non-EU countries can be obtained HERE. These costs will not be reimbursed.
